אחד השירים המדהימים, והמנגינה הכי מתאימה למילים, לדעת שבכל מצב ,גם הכי קשה, כן הבורא יתברך שמו ויתעלה לעד ולנצח נצחים תמיד נמצא איתנו, ומגן ושומר עלינו.!!!!!!!!אף פעם לא לשכוח את זה ולשאוב מזה כוחות מהבורא יתברך.

ר' שלמה מוסיף מבוא לשיר גַּם כִּי אֵלֵךְ בְּגֵיא צַלְמָוֶת מתוך סיפור על חייל שירד בהר חרמון במשימה מסוכנת מאוד. החייל שר את הניגון של ר' שלמה כמקור לעידוד וביטחון. ר' שלמה מסביר: כאשר אני שר את השיר אני יכול לראות את החייל הקדוש הזה יורד בהר בליווי המלאכים והאבות אברהם, יצחק ויעקב, לצדו אליהו הנביא, מאחוריו ששת מיליוני הנספים בשואה, ומלפניו אליהו הנביא. זוהי דוגמא מובהקת למסר של אמונה ותקווה שמבקש ר' שלמה ליצור בעזרת שיר מתהילים גַּם כִּי אֵלֵךְ בְּגֵיא צַלְמָוֶת.
