Also, I just took an NCLEX predictor that had 180 questions and 30 of them were some new style of question that I’ve never seen before! Do you know what I’m talking about? They were maybe something like a “clinical judgement” type of question. Do you have any videos with this new style of question? Thanks!!

For the question at 20:20, wouldn't the answer be 1? I thought kidney pain is associated with the flanks / costovertebral area

On question about ultra sound...why is answer 4 and not 3 obtain consent? I thought that it was not the nurses duty to explain procedures in 4
