You can do pre-prep work then cook each day so that your meals are fresh. Having your veggies already chopped and your meats frozen in their marinade and seasonings.
I love your dedication to your family and all you do for them. Will try this out. But I have a gentle advise. Kindly look into the risks of soy milk and see if you can substitute it sometimes with other plant based milks like oats or almond. Because some research shows that soy can impaire fertility so you don't want your children to eat too much of that. I hope you look into it. Kudos.

You did a great job. Plantain porridge is different in Jamaica. The unripe/green plantains are diced and blended into a smoothie or grated whole then added to boiling water and cook on low flame. Spices are added-nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, salt and sweetened condense milk. Can you try to make this for kids breakfast? 😋

Hi Omabelle! I love your videos, I just wanted to suggest adding yogurt, chia seeds and oats to you and your kids oatmeal for a creamier texture and DLD the smoothie to be more filling.
When she said it’s better than the Dominos Alfredo I smirked so hard. Thought I was the only one 😂❤️ I really have to try this Alfredo its the simplest Alfredo recipe I’ve seen
Another thing we like to do is cook in big batches and then freeze some So for example we will cook double or triple amount of the Alfredo sauce, take some of the sauce out to put in the freezer and then add pasta to what's left And then next time we want to cook Alfredo we take the sauce out of the freezer and just boil the pasta and add it so the sauce is already cooked
Hi Omabelle!! Everything looks 😋. I like to add broccoli or asparagus to my chicken Alfredo. It is always an extra nutritional value!! That is if your kids like it. Also, palm oil is just as nutritious as olive oil even Dr. Oz recommends it. You did very well!!

Awww, I’m so sorry to hear this my love. Are the plantains very ripe? You have to make sure they are ripe and a little soft when touched. That’s the way you know they are ready to be fried. Plantains are so delicious and juicy and I will really like you to make them cos you will enjoy it 🤗

I have a question, yes with good electricity... How long do pastries or fried foods(the eggs, pancakes, eggs, plantain) lasts?
I wouldn't consume them past 5 days. Make sure your fridge very cold to prevent food spoilage and mold so the food will be good until day 5.
