unable to ping service port ip from local machine due to which unable to access wlc via GUI. is there anything we need to change in vmware network?

i have install ova file in VMware. It's working successfully in virtual machine but not connect GUI from local machine and pinging virtual vWLC IP address but not open from browser. Would you like to give any clarification.
