Lol #emergncyawesome the part you where you said Ashoka could show up in the galaxy at the end of season two remember that is my prediction i know I’ve said it on your comments before because I predicted she was gonna be stuck their and it happened lol before everyone realized it lol
I'd love to see Sam Whitwer get some kind of live action role. He's such a great voice actor and is always out there promoting Star Wars. I hope they can also find a live action role for Ashley Eckstein in season 2. Fans would go nuts.
It still blows my mind as an elder millennial that Favreau has gone from small actor to popular side actor. Then suddenly just was like “I’m doing iron man” and now what he’s done with Star Wars…. Still unbelievable
He’s been a top tier director for a long long time. I know iron man really put him on the map but he still was directing big movies like elf and Zathura before iron man.
@@Floninjalo I think OP was implying that Favreau isn't considered an A-list actor, which he isn't, but that does not mean he is by any means a bad actor. But unlike people like Harrison Ford or Chris Hemsworth, his name doesn't sell tickets when billed as an actor. There are many excellent actors and who have made a career out of it that are the same. They are rarely top billed, but are instantly recognizable and you know they are going to provide a solid performance when you see them.
I hope Barris could have become Vaders secret apprentice and she could be a great advisory for Ashoka. I'd like to see Ashoka try to save her but Barris would choose not to be redeemed.
I thought she was mediocre at best. Thrawn for sure but not her as Ashoka beat her twice. I like adversaries that cause the hero to have to retreat & regroup sometimes, be a real threat like Baylan Skoll.
The Son statue even resembles Sam Witwer... If the Son is alive, perhaps he could exist inside a host and if they can somehow bring Starkiller into live action, whose body would be better equipped than his, he is powerful. Other than Starkiller, they could even start with Galen himself, whose clone became Starkiller.
Mortis gods dont exist within time as we know it though. Its possible they are alive currently and die at some later point within the season. Like we can’t assume the timelines are the same
Other villain for Star Wars abeloth, the considered mother of the daughter and the son They just had to make it to where the nightsister worshipped her, they do look somewhat similar to the abeloth concept art Hell make it to where abeloth was the original maker of the nightsisters and that the thread of destiny and their dark magics are the sisters tapping into the power of abeloth

One thing that still eludes me is how "Force Ghosts" exist if indeed there are "Force Gods"? I think they need to go mpore indepth about all that, seeing as how the force ghosts like Aniken's and Yoda play such a large part in the story-lines.
It makes all the sense in the world to focus on The Mandalorian portion of the timeline over the next two years. It's by far the best written, plotted out, acted, & loved SW property Disney has been able to produce so far. IMO Grogu (as eluded to in the video) is "the way" forward for Star Wars progressing into uncharted territory in the timeline.
As much as I loved Ray's portrayal, and as much as the franchise seems to hate recasting roles rather than using CGI trickery I would not be opposed to someone else good stepping into the role of Skoll, basically a big middle-aged actor guy with gravitas. Basically I don't want to see him killed off off-camera.
I hope Sam can portray a live action Starkiller. Don’t really care about the canon issues as I just wanna see him in live action even if they have to change around his backstory and what not.
I don’t know if it’s a good idea to bring back the Mortis gods into live action. It’d be strange to have them all die in the Clone Wars arc, only to have them return to Peridea. That said, I think it would be cool to have the statues pointing to some kind of Force nexus or portal to the World Between Worlds. It’d be an easy way to get Ahsoka and Sabine back to the main galaxy, after conflict with Baylon Skoll and Shin of course.
IF they straight up recast, to honour the presence of Ray Stevenson, they could cast Alan Ritchson in the role. Both have a huge onscreen physical and acting presence..
He finds aboleth (the mother) and it ties into the night sisters matriarchy. sealed in another galaxy on that planet. There new countermeasure to seperate her from the rest of the galaxy and also how they destroyed that galaxy if they implied the destruction this is my guess for the cause. Would give the night sisters a completely different feel from sith further highlighting differences. Also I feel the lack of the mother in clone wars would make since if she's connected to the night sisters origin. Just my theory I guess.
Hmmm the only way I think recasting Baylan would be appropriate is if it is because when he encounters what he is looking for, it physically alters him somehow making him look much different, perhaps even taking on the form of the son or something crazy since force ghosts being able to manipulate reality becoming more of a thing, guessing a force god could do that.
I do think it's cool though that they're in a whole new galaxy. They can do anything they want without being tied to anything that happened. There's no pre-existing dogma tied to the new galaxy. It's going to be fun.
There's still a way Sam Witwer could play both Starkiller, and The Son. Starkiller could get possessed by the son, perhaps. And once he's defeated, Starkiller takes his place as the new Son, alongside Anikan
They really can’t do Starkiller in a way that would be able to satisfy fans of Force Unleashed. He’s insanely OP, in order to make him make sense in the story they’d have to seriously nerf him and nobody would let them live it down. I’d rather they give Sam Witwer a different role cause he’s done so much for the franchise and deserves to have his face in the canon. In all honesty, he’s good enough of an actor he could nail whatever they gave him on the other hand I just hope they don’t waste him either.
Alright here me out Starkiller awakens from a cryo pod confused and disoriented, he hears a shrieking sound and sees a bat he follows it he finds an alter with a vague carving of the ones, he places his hands on the son’s depiction, his flesh becomes paler his eye become blood red, he struggles and screams, he falls to his knees, he becomes the son, he stands and places his hand on the chest of the father’s depiction, red lighting bursts from his hands into the alter, the alter shatters the son finds the mortis dagger, he looks to the stars and says I’m coming…..sister Does this make sense, not without creating more backstory for this one impossible fan scene but it could happen, to ambitious but could happen, the daughter lives on through ahsoka, the father lived on through anakin and the son in starkiller, it would make the ones portrait of anakin, ahsoka and starkiller legit at least
ahsoka was anakins jedi apprentice - starkiller was his Sith apprentice. Ahsoka representing the new daughter - starkiller the new son.... I mean...come on.
Graham McTavish would make an excellent Baylan Skoll possessed by The Son's life essence or force energy somehow, super charged villain. Then, just when you think he's been defeated.. you introduce Sam Witwer as The Son for season 3. Once it appears he's finally been defeated (imprisoned) with the assistance of The Daughter and Shin you return Ashoka & Sabine back to prime/main galaxy (A) for the Thrawn 'Heir To The Empire' big screen team up movie. They might as well do 2 more seasons of Boba Fett and have Ezra and other New Republic & Mandalorian characters feature there. I could Ezra blending in with those characters well and have them stage their stand against the Empire's council/remnant forces, also in time for the Thrawn movie.
They have to do season 2, they've gotta be able to bring those characters back to the main galaxy. There's no way they'd do a Mando movie and not have Ahsoka in it.
The Mando movie is set before Ahsoka s2. It goes like this for upcoming Mandoverse content:Skeleton Crew, Mando movie, Mando s2, Ahsoka s2, Trawn movie, whatever afterwards. This has been reported on multiple channels
An easy way to recast Baylon Skoll is to give the character a helmet. Baylon has felt something calling to him and that thing could be some old helmet that he puts on, which whispers to him and guides him down his next path.
It would be cool if Sabine and Ahsoka follow Baylon to wherever he’s going and find a younger version of Baylon as the son, played by Sam Witwer. That would bring Sam into the live action SW universe while keeping the Baylon character ongoing.
We need a hard-core show based on Darth Vader showing how he became the most feared figure in the galaxy. And In the show, they can touch on the story of starkiller and Vader.
I feel a great movie for Dave to do in either animation or LA would be a movie about the origin of the Mortis Gods. Have them be the ones that created the ships from the Dawn of the Jedi comics called the Thor Yor that travels the galaxy collecting force sensitive beings brings them to the planet Ach Too instead of Tython from legends. Then the father using the force to change his appearance starts the ancient Jed’aii order to be the ones to protect the galaxy since he would need to go into the alternate dimension to keep his children in line.
Thank you charlie for the update im extremely excited to continue baylans story in ashoka S2 his journey with the mortis gods on perida ,and wanting to achieve this higher power bigger than anything else hopefully abeloth will be freaking epic without ray i fear whoever they cast wont be reminiscent of how ray performed the characters he is powerhouse however i trust dave will all my heart ,and soul so i guess we see which actor they choose to full the role during production.
Bro I just saw your channel pop up for the first time in years I remember watching your videos for every episode of Arrow and the flash, I subbed so I won’t lose you again
Okay so hear this... What if just like the owl being a part of the sister and now connected to Ahsoka, Starkiller is brought to cannon and his powers become explained because he is a part of the son. Somehow Starkiller found himself waking up in the world in-between and was trapped on the distant planet when coming out following the voice of the son, becoming possessed and kills Baylan after being freed by him. At first it's just normal Sam Witwer as Starkiller and Ahsoka feels inclined to help him. As they go through troubles on the planet he seems reliable and somewhat trusted but then becomes fully consumed by the son and now we see the transformation where Starkiller looks a lot more like the son and then BOOM insanely powerful villain for three movies having Ahsoka the Grey becoming more like the daughter who saves Starkiller in the end and both find themselves with Anakin in Mortis.
truly hyped for Season 2 of Ahsoka , especially how season 1 ended for sure , it should be definitely how it's going to set up a lot of things down the line
my theory is that Baylen Skoll will get possessed by the Holocron of Darth Reven and you will see just Reven's helmet until the Keanu reveal. The Reincarnate Reven will be in love with Shin, who is the reoccurance of Bastila Shan, leading onto a discovery that Rey is the reoccurance of Meetra Surak, through Ahsoka travelling back to be part of a series focused on Mandalor ... which features the story Arc of Reven and Meetra and the mass shadow generator. The fall of Reven ...and this can only be Keanu. The final Keanu arc will complete in modern time, in a redemption story involving the Thrawn based emergence of the Uson Vong ... a Borg /Wrath style race ...something easy to pitch to executives. this will move into a massive war where Mandeloreans, Jedi and Sith work together to face this extinction level threat WHICH WAS THE WHOLE REASON FOR THE EMPEROR TAKING CONTROL TO BEGIN WITH. Victory will come at a half trillion dead because the emperor failed. The end.
Baylan will reach mortis god and either agree or by force become a vessel for dark side god. that could make him younger and hence that is spot for Sam Whitwer to enter. He would be both Baylan and Mortis in one person and there would not be a need to recast Baylan (CGI him for few scenes) and would allow Disney to continue this plot.
There is a gaping hole in any Mortis God plot and that is the fact that Ezra was on the planet for 9 years and didn't speak one iota about feeling anything special Force related. Not even a whiff of, "Hey there's this big statue pointing to a beacon far to west. I wonder if it could be a way off this deserted planet." Thrawn discovered the witches. Why didn't he find the Mortis temples too? They must be really, really dormant if only Baylan can "hear" them.
Personally, I think they should introduce Galen Marek as a mediocre force user. Give him a back story where he was a failed apprentice of Darth Vader. They could tie it in with the cloning Mandalorian/Grogu plotline. Then have the Son manifest through him and make him mega-powerful. That way, he can play both characters at the same time. Win win.
Oh, Skol gives his life form to release the Son, but the version of the son that manifests looks like Anakin Skywalker, based on the way they interacted in Clone Wars. Just trying to give Hayden some work in modern SW.
Sam as the son might be epic IMHO. IDK though, and honestly I think maybe Starkiller ought to stay as the video game (yes it was awesome, so awesome I don't know if a movie could outdo it).
Before Ray sadly died I kind of had this strange feeling that baylon is in fact the father mortis god reborn within the force and by returning to where he once was a mortis god the force is calling him back home so to speak to die within the mortis realm. I get that might sound far fetched but the way he looked while standing on the statue of the father mortis god seemed very much like he knew his times up which fetched a tear to my eyes when I heared much later Ray who plays baylon skoll sadly died 😢
Good idea but it's already been established that Aniken is the father and ahsoka is the daughter. The only ones that don't have iteration is the mother abelloth and the son . So that means Ray's Baylon skoll is a villain not protagonist.
This is exciting news. I’m looking forward to Ahsoka s.2. I just hope they hire actual writers this time. Oh and it would be great to use Thrawn somewhere…preferably the version Timothy Zahn has been giving us in every Thrawn novel from Outbound Flight. But I’d even settle for the original, mustache-twirling incarnation from the original Thrawn trilogy. Just not the lame blue imposter they forced the fantastic Lars Mikkelsen to portray.
What if... here me out... the way to fix Luke's ark, is that he becomes THE SON. That would explain why he almost killed Ben. And why his body vanished in Ep 8. He used the world between worlds to teleport and fight Kylo, then left to Mortis, where Anakin ( the father) and Ahsoka ( daughter) are waiting for him. We could have Mark in live action for a couple of years.
I think the following would be good: The Peridia galaxy us the galaxy where the Yuzzong Vong Came from, the Vong were fighting the Mortis gods for domination or if the Mirtis gods were more evil than Siddious, the Vong were fighting to protect their galaxy. They evolved to not be in the Force to protect themselves from the Mortis gods, and it was the thousands of generations transit between the Peridia galaxy and the Star Wars galaxy which drove them to insanity. They knew about the Star Wars galaxy and knew the Mortis gods wanted to destroy this galaxy. The Vong were travelling to save the Star Wars galaxy, not destroy it. Just an idea...

maybe balyn ends up with the soul of the son and thats how they can change him recast him if he morphs his apperance

i just hope that season 2 is about Ahsoka. It seems like they couldn't tell who the main character was from a viewer's perspective.
The picture you have of the Mortis God makes me want to see Judge Death on screen.
Sam deserves to be Star killer, just nerf his abilities, change up his story a tad and let him work we deserve it

Idk if you knew this, but the one sealed away on peridia is Abeloth (The Mother), there’s a book about her
in the books it isn’t peridia, it’s this planet that is in between like 3 black holes, as a way to prevent abeloth from escaping
ahsoka was anakins jedi apprentice - starkiller was his Sith apprentice. Ahsoka representing the new daughter - starkiller the new son.... I mean...come on.

George Clooney looks more like him
Steve Davidson

They need to include Abeloth. You cannot have the Gods without her. Any Star Wars fan knows this. Especially SW Expanded Universe fans.

Sam is Perfect for Star Killer for a series
"Somehow, The Son of Mortas survived..."
Are they going to do anything in regards to the Zeffo? I think many people have missed this... Could be a deliberate redirect from them...
truly hyped for Season 2 of Ahsoka , especially how season 1 ended for sure , it should be definitely how it's going to set up a lot of things down the line
my theory is that Baylen Skoll will get possessed by the Holocron of Darth Reven and you will see just Reven's helmet until the Keanu reveal.
So excited.
This is the way!
Thanks Charlie for all the work you do for us fans
Thanks! I appreciate that!
Hayden back as the Son!!!
This series is so 🔥🔥🔥 Season 2 should be Epic with the Mortis Gods‼️
Excited for some Live Action Mortis Gods stuff!
Win win.
Both. I want both "the son" and Baylon
Oh, Skol gives his life form to release the Son, but the version of the son that manifests looks like Anakin Skywalker, based on the way they interacted in Clone Wars. Just trying to give Hayden some work in modern SW.
Sam as the son might be epic IMHO. IDK though, and honestly I think maybe Starkiller ought to stay as the video game (yes it was awesome, so awesome I don't know if a movie could outdo it).
do people REALLY think season 1 and the characters were any good? Genuinely asking.
Mortis gods are dead and Anikin was the chosen one to take the father's place. So it would be perfect that he is currently fulfilling that role
Liev Schreiber would make a good recast for Ray
Honestly I hope they do recaat Balen, since there's so much potential to flesh him out as a character.
Need a live action star killer!
I've been calling for this ever since the first game.
Thanks Charlie👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It kinda always did seem like the "Chosen One" had a more bigger impact, balancing the galaxy between sith and jedi didnt seem like enough
I think they should have Baylon do something with the son where their power is transferred or used in a way to give starkiller his huuuge powers
Love this !!! Once they fit it all .... people will look back and be like ... okay this was better than I thought !!
Give us star killer!
I'm sure we'll see a version of Starkiller in one of the shows at some point eventually.
@@emergencyawesome I hope so
My theory is that Shin ha ti will become Abeloth in ashoka season 2
You had me at Sam Witwer as the main Villain lol
I think the following would be good:
The Peridia galaxy us the galaxy where the Yuzzong Vong Came from, the Vong were fighting the Mortis gods for domination or if the Mirtis gods were more evil than Siddious, the Vong were fighting to protect their galaxy.
Oh man, I hope Abeloth shows up in live action!
I'm not expecting that, but anything is possible!
