    This is a great skill to acquire, especially when working for large corporations as I have my entire career. It's becoming clear that Protocols are a summary or outline of work.

    Everything is starting to make sense! Protocols are essentially an outline. The videos are very helpful.

    I think this is good refresher for me, I am currently a manager and I am at times required to submit a "protocol" or obtain data to share in a meeting and sometimes I over think the layout. When in reality I just need to provide the basic foundation of what took place.

    So Protocol is just a fancy word for a summary, I believe this is a good skill to get proficient in as it will be very beneficial in your upcoming career.

      Yes, Frank. In essence it is a summary. The important part is that you want to make sure that you include important information and take-aways. As we develop a strategy for future business meetings, the skill of being able to listen to information and then grasps the quintessence of what has been said is crucial. This should become second nature over time but practice makes perfect, right? :-)
