To avoid lumbs dont put the flour direct into a hot or boiled water, you should first put the flour in a separate pot with cold water and mix with spoon until melted ,No Heat yet, then slowly pour the mixture over the boiled water and mix until cooked over a low fire

We also prepare with wheat and jaggery like porridge sometimes adding milk or coconut grated even plain is yummy
