    Congrats on the first pc build. I did my first custom gaming pc build just a few months ago like 3-4 months it has been now. Had problems with my Windows 10 being buggy with blue screens and still happening now. Might have to switch to win11 once i get another ssd first for a clean install of it. Just need to learn how to bypass wins 11 MS crap which made me go wins10 os over it.

      So far no problem with Windows 11 home. After I installed the basic win 11 home, I went ahead a bought a key for 5$ and now it's activated!

    If you flip the Noctua cooler 180 degrees, the cooler wont interfere with you putting the GPU in the top PCI-express slot. Which is also why the fans on the CPU cooler are facing the wrong way.

    Ah, the stars allign...
    A fellow 7900x user.
    Also, the build looks nice.
    Just a little cautious around the ASUS Motherboards ever since the whole fiasco that had people worried to an extent where Jay2Cents fired ASUS from his channel permanentley.
    But I heard the CPU socket damage was primarily on the 7800X3D so... Fingers crossed that yours is safe from that happening.
    I applaud the 990 pro btw.
    I went with Crucial P3 Plus initially... WORST mistake I've made to date. Had a meltdown on any process, even a simple video file transfer. Freezed my system one too many times.
    As for the case choice???
    Not bad, my friend.
    Not bad at all.
    Better than spending a boatload of cash on a case like the Hyte Y60.
    😂😂😂
    I went with the H5 Flow and then upgraded the airflow with its next in line top dog case for temps, the NZXT H6 Flow.
    As for the cooler???
    I don't blame ya for going with air cooling. Simple set and forget type of method to go for. Really effective too, tbh with ya. Besides, with the 7900x, it can run really hot, so you'll want a hefty ampunt of cooling, and that Noctua setup can and will be a sufficient amount of cooling for such a powerfully fast processor.
    I also have a 4070. It's a really good GPU. I have the Ti version but... There's not much difference between base and Ti. Ti Super is where the massive difference is seen.
    I gotta say...
    You definitely will have a fast-working PC. Doesn't need to be flashy, it just needs to work fast, cool, & proper.
    And you aced that perfectly for a first-time build.
    🙃🙃🙃
    Cable management in the back doesn't matter too much as long as it isn't bundled together like a bush of cords.
    😅😆

      I initially ordered the NZXT H9 but it was taking so long it said it would take 3 weeks, soni cancelled it and opted for the Bequiet case. What's funny is that I actually prompted ChatGPt to list and build me a gaming Pc taking advantage of Amazons Black friday deals. Hahaha

    interesting. is having all your case fans set to exhaust and your cpu cooler pulling air from left to right a deliberate choice?

    • @SandRock9984
      @SandRock9984  7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @datguyoverdurr2604 wait. Cpu cooler should be blowing air to the left. You think it's pulling air? Did i do something wrong? I was following the arrows on the fan on the cpu cooler. It's pointing to the left, which means it's blowing in that direction right?

    • @Reckless1951
      @Reckless1951 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@SandRock9984 I just looked at the fans, they're set to exhaust. I cant see the middle one bu you should flip the right one. That part with 4 "rods" of the fan is the part where the air is blown, and it should blow the air towards the aluminum (to the middle fan, and to the back exhaust fan from middle)
