@@PowerZordan offline TV in general makes a lot of variety content and he's a big part of it. Like offline Odyssey and offline high
@@PowerZordan I was just pointing out his recent accomplishment. He plays many games on and off stream, they dont garner the same views as his hearthstone but its still high compared to others in the platform.
He still streams variety when he's bored, specially when the HS was stale.
He's obviously not talking about Toast's success at games he's playing, he's talking about viewers and his success as a streamer.
Toast told a lot of times on stream that he doesn't enjoy playing Hearstone as much as he used to and he hates being a HS only streamer bound to play the same game all the time. Thats why he tried to become a variety streamer last year when the Fortnite hype was insane and the HS numbers went down, so he stopped playing HS. Back then he got close to his prime HS numbers because he was fresh at OfflineTV and streamed together with Jannet a lot. Even his League numbers were pretty good at that time.
But when the OfflineTV hype was going down and Toast had to move back to Canada for a while, his variety streams got way less viewers. (And yes I know, he still got good numbers for a streamer but not nearly as much as with Hearthstone or with Jannet) So eventually he went back to mostly playing HS, streamed less frequent and tried to play other hype games like Apex, AutoChess and some new AAA games secondarily.
And here we are now, a new expansion released and we are back to Toast regularly streaming again but only Hearthstone. Ultimately this doesn't look like a sucessful variety streamer to me or at least not as successful as Toast wanted it to be.
As much as I appreciate the heat between Toast and other streamers, thank you for leaving that out of the youtube highlight.

I just made this deck 2 hours ago and all I've got to say is this deck can be so broken when building walls. Once they get taken down just heal self to bring back 5 lucentbarks. Then have 5 or 6 heal cards in hand set for entire game.

I really like the idea of the deck.. I really do.. but it is so damn awkward.
Especially since you really can't force your opponent to damage you.
Once you get a hand full of cards and a full health total.. you're basically stuck.
I think it might be better to put in overstatted self damaging cards like Injured Blademaster, and Damaged Stegatron to make sure you have targets for healing.
Healing your opponent works as well

"Everyone" did NOT shit on HS last expansion. Many HS streamers did but not all. Toast was one of the leaders of this shitting movement who simply said "I will not play the game again until there is new content", and then did nto play the game for a month or more.

That Rogue was so bad, Toast healed her for 21 and it still wasn't enough.
They got unlucky in not drawing a Sap for the 24 Health Grizzly or for the first Lucentbark
Also without vanish that rogue had no chance of dealing with 6 4/8 taunts.
Also throw in some bad draw and a almost perfect game for toast and the rogue loses.
