I love them and have an eclectic collection from all around the world to share with you!
For the perfect soft-boiled egg, add water to a pot with your eggs. Add 🧂 salt to the water, and put it on the stove. Bring the water to a boil, and when it starts bubbling, set a timer ⏲ for 3 minutes! You will have a perfect soft-boiled egg. Serve with toast “soldiers!”
(BTW, the salt makes the egg easier to peel!)
