Fun Fact: Blood Rage reduces the Cooldown of Blood Rage so you can bring two, trigger the first then switch to the 2nd one as soon as the first is about to run out. This will cause the cooldown on your current Blood Rage to be lower than it's duration essentially giving you persisting Blood Rage throughout the fight.

Mr Happy had the same happening with the forced march, so most likely it's a bug or a feature we don't know about.

I'm not aware of a way without blood rage but maybe it is possible somehow
