There's no game as famous as kabaddi among females in india...for some reason , females of all ages love this game a lot ...it's an unbelievably fast and thrilling sport unlike cricket which is too slow and has too many breaks ...also it's leagues watching numbers are rapidly rising in India year by year ...it's way too addictive once u get a hang of it and highly unpredictable in results
I have played lots of sports. But Kabaddi is one sport that took the most toll on my body. Every inch of my body hurts the next day. If one plays this seriously then this sport focuses every muscle on your body. Instant stop, speed up, fake outs, super fast high kicks or low kicks, twists and turns at max speed to dodge all of them. All while holding your breath and chanting kabaddi. And don't forget 7 or fewer guys tackling you at the same time. Accidents happen and I once almost broke my nose.
Pakistan might be better than Iran it's just India being the host of Kabaddi World Cup why they didn't play in any tournament but wolverhampton being host of 2024 world cup makes me excited for India vs Pakistan final

Whether u defend well and nullifies the attack or not, it depends on ur team work and strategic thinking where time plays a very crucial role. U dont get to speak with each other to decide for ur moves. Whatever u speak the raider hears. Either u apply pre meditated moves or spontaneous strategy, its upto u. Its a good mix of preparedness and spontaneity. Much like an actual war, u r prepared but u cant be prepared for everything becoz war has a strong element of uncertainty and u must hav to adapt accordingly. If u mismatch the timing, raider succeeds in causing u damage.

So the second guy made sure that his first teammate secured him enough so that he can ve certain it is their round . Otherwise they both would have been eliminated.

Remembering growing up playing kabaddi, cricket, football, vollyball,power Ranger battle with my brothers and neighbours in childhood as a single girl in whole colony was so much fun and was so boring to play with my school friends as they were too weak in sports compared to me is very nostalgic..now we are all grown up and no one hang out like that,everyone is busy in their life.. adulthood is painful 😔

It's included in Asian games trying to get place in Olympics and Commonwealth games. And you watching Pro kabbadi league player from Iran, Korea , Bangladesh, and ofcourse Indian players. Also Pakistan these are power houses . USA has a national kabbadi team . Another game is Kho Kho kind of similar to the game..

What makes this one of the great sport is that it can be played by kids(when we use to play as 10-12 years old) and adults and with literally NO equipment… all you need a plan ground preferably with some grass.
