Each time is forgotten to state that the safety caps must be replaced before one can even use the next accessory on another part of the machine otherwise the next will not work at all... for example the cap on the back of the machine must be place back before one can use the vegetable shredder etc...
Hurrah!!! Thanks so much. I was ready to return it because the blender refused to work though I could hear a "click" as if it was trying to. I checked all safety caps and voila, it worked! :)
