Why would anyone be upset when they cancel due to weather? An airline never cancels unless it’s totally necessary due to safety concerns. They don’t make money with cancelled flights and I would prefer not to fly in doubtful/possibly unsafe weather conditions.
I work in sales for travel, I always advise never leave yourself a day to get home incase of delays. But more often that not the passanger knows best and ignores the advice. Until it goes wrong. That's why every travel booking is drowned in notes by us including 'customer has confirmed all details and full feedback given' . Customers have no leg to stand on but will do anything to shift responsibility.
"It's just a few flecks of snow" Uh huh, airlines totally will value that opinion on air safety. People still really rock up to airports thinking it's the same as taking a bus.
That woman who arrived on the wrong day is out of order...its her fault not the airlines...what a silly woman...and i beg to differ about people from Belfast...just pay the money they aint gonna give you a free flight after your own mistake

"no way am I gonna give you more money luv". Five minutes later "Here is my credit card".
It amazes me these people blame a low cost airline for weather problems and mistakes made my the passenger. Go to BA and pay three times more.
Don’t understand why people don’t understand that it’s not the staff’s fault when a flight is delayed they should be sensible and polite
Love it….sent a confirmation, didn’t read it and somehow it’s everyone else’s fault 😂😂

“The dates I asked for, I assumed were on the ticket.”

Don’t understand why people who don’t show on time for a flight can blame anybody else
"Who is at fault? the professional or the ordinary traveler?"

Super Dad has to chill out about the glorified toboggan run. He’s wearing jeans for Christ’s sake.
How could they have the little girl in the wheelchair outside in that terrible weather is appalling
Did Belfast get married during the episode? First she was Johnston and then Jones, right? 😅
