i saw your comment today . prof yogendra singh is one of the founder professors of the sociology centre at jnu newdelhi . he used to teach at jnu from around early 1970s to late 1990s . now he is prof emeritus of sociology at jnu . prof maitreyi chaudhuri has studied at sociology centre in jnu and since 1990s she has been teaching there . as far as books and further ref are concerned pl type the names of sociologists in google search and their sociological books and ref will come on internet .
