These flashes are the best thing i have even gotten for my shop you will love them. and my flashes had the same problem with the damn screws not fitting lol.

We run our stampinator the same way you plan to use yours. It definitely improves overall print quality. It’s got some learning curves though which I’m sure you’ll encounter but it’s a badass on press addition
It's going to take a bit of messing around since this press doesn't have individual head up/down control, but Ive heard a lot of good things about them. Can't wait to see what it can do
@@leestuart38 so everything will be stamped whether your want it to or not. Same here with our set up which is a table up press. Stampy can be a finicky guy depending on what’s loaded on the platen🤣 Still, a must have in my opinion 🤘

Quick question--I've been looking at all the power in that shop (especially the finished electrical wall--wow!). I'm assuming the old electrical bill is going to jump quite a bit--any thought to solar panels on that building roof? Just curious :)
Heating/cooling 3 buildings isn't cheap that's for sure. I may add solar in the future when I need more power

Your pex airline had the same thing on a plasma cutter ended up going to heavy truck supply and getting a airline push lock to NPT
I managed to find a metric to imperial pushlock to NPT, which was not easy haha

Most random question of the day incoming.. Do you run on a septic or on a city sewer? My only option would be running into a septic and to be honest just not knowing the con's of that, and not being able to find really any information on the topic.. I've basically just gave up on the idea of screen printing at my location. Figured I'd ask because it looks like you might be on a septic at your new spot.
I'm on septic here, so everything from the shop goes into its own holding tank. Really no cons to it other than it needing to be pumped out when it's full

My boss told me to put quartz bulbs in with latex gloves (nitrile for me, cuz allergies) because the oils in your hands could degrade the bulb faster. JTYSK
Correct, you shouldn't touch the glass. No need for gloves if you're careful and hold them by the ends though

Out of pure curiosity. I’m sitting here operating a full on screen printing business on a $10k budget, but the equipment along sitting on your floor is hundreds of thousands of $. Did dad fund all of your business? Hedge funds? You win the lottery? How the he’ll are you affording all this top of the line equipment? Not my business but seriously man.
It always amazes me that some people see success and equate it to anything other than hard work. I started my business with $200 in my pocket. This is the result of 4 years of no days off, 12-15 hour work days, smart marketing, smarter business moves and strategic sponsorships through this channel.
I started with a hinged screen on a table with a die cut sticker and a heat lamp. Now I have a shop like Lee's. Ten years hard work
I hate to say it, ok and even sad too, but I'm beginning to feel like once Lee hit the 100k mark, he's moved on. Sounds like he's all in with his new position as president of his buddy's company. I wish him well, but yeah, disappointed too.
Or maybe I've been working on getting my shop finished so I can start my print business back up after a 5 month hiatus. My business comes first, and without the business there is no youtube channel
