Yes and Yes. As stated in the manual: Wired Mode: Insert the AUX audio cable, turn off the headphones, and enter a wired mode for audio transmission. In wired mode, long press the ANC button for 3 seconds to activate noise cancellation/pass-through mode. To deactivate pass-through mode and noise cancellation mode, long press the ANC button for 3 seconds again.

In the black box there is a squeeze bag so if you shake it would not come out they fit it really well. I have to flip my around to look in

Probably would not recommend white headphones they get really dirty reallt fast
Love the look of white stuff as well rip
You can get them also in black. So far they are holding up fine. Let's see how it will look like in a few months
