Etiquette was taught in school when I was a boy, Cowboy Dan! I still tip my cap to ladies on the street. You're right, it's about being respectful to others. Thank you kindly. It bothers me when guys pray or even sit in church with their hat on, but then I still believe in I Cor. 11. Also, I was raised you never sit down to eat with your hat on, no matter where you are, you never lay a hat on a bed, you do not touch someone's hat, and when you take your hat off and there's only a shelf to put it on, you put it crown down never crown up.

Never had to worry about doing the wrong thing when I was a kid, my dad or mom would let me know real quick and I mean quick
