Having born in chennai lived there my initial 28 years ECR is the jewel in chennais crown. The historic town of mahabalipuam is just 35 km from this place. You will loads of bars restaurants, beach view points on the way. All the top celebrities stay in this area and has loads of beaches. Anyone planning to visit chennai must stay atleast 2-3 days in ECR to explore this part. Not to miss the muttukadu boating as well!
