Hey Lizarey. Depends. If you are very beginner you want to go for something like iMovie if you are on the Mac or to Windows Movie Maker on Windows, I guess. I use Adobe Premiere Pro, which is like standard and it is quite easy to learn it fast. There is plenty of tutorials on Adobe Premiere Pro also on TH-cam. I especially enjoy watching Peter Mckinnon (th-cam.com/users/petermckinnon24) and Justin Odisho (th-cam.com/users/Justthisgood)
Hey Jim, actually it really depends on who you are renting a scooter from. The guy I have rented scooter from wanted my passport as a "deposit" and then he gave me it back. :)
