I agree, I am not against any religion but conversion into a different/ non local religion puts society in a danger of losing indigenous culture which evolved as a response to the need of that particular society's climatic, environmental or geographic needs. Most native tribes are fiercely protective of nature and it's resources as part of their culture. Need of the day is preserving such cultural uniqueness, not establishing religious supremacy.
They are speaking desia, Which is well understood in Koraput, Odisha. There is a large segment of the Gadaba tribe residing at Koraput's Lamtaput, Semiliguda and Nandapur blocks.
