Sir Why don't you consider the Leakage reactance. Moreover as I0 is small so the Ic and Im would be smaller than. I0 because summation of Ic and Im gives the I0.Then why don't you neglect them as they are smaller than I0.
due to in dc power supply we can't vary the voltage for transformer we need to convert low vol to high volt or high to low . only in ac supply we can change voltage

Why we take ac supply y dont dc supply?
