This is my favorite Sha Na Na tune beside "Remember when" an "those magic changes".
To Johnny C... I was a Generation X kid in the mid to late 70's. I'd watch you and Sha Na Na on Tv all the time.
I loved you guys so much my Mum got me a couple of vinyl Sha Na Na albums that I would play on my turn table an pretend I was DJ on a radio station spinning those great Sha Na Na tunes!
Fast forward in time to today.., I've been in the radio biz many years as an On Air Broadcaster an in more recent years a station owner too.
Even though my current radio work is not a Doo Wop station..., Sha Na Na and the legendary voice of Johnny Contardo still inspire me. Always will.
