  • Just as the title says, you will bounce for 10 minutes. I had so much fun doing this! I used fun children's music for the workout. I think this would be a great workout to do with your young children or toddlers! Or if you just want to feel like a toddler yourself! We need to have fun and enjoy our workouts or we won't do them. Be silly! Have Fun! And release that built up tension while you bounce with me and get your heart rate up in the meantime!
