The Number of existing Units depends on if its evolved and what traits it has so in your case there is not a single evolved Frieren with Precision and Critical 3 in the Game right now. Hope that helps :)

i got the same thing with garp yesterday, would it be any good? getting out dps by a natsu peep on a raid.
Of course garp only good at full aoe upg because his spa is too high so natsu will dish out more dmg in waves 15-25, carp is just inf unit but still useful in raid just not for dps racing, if u want to be no 1 damager in every raid then use units with low spa and decent dmg (chae, natsu and etc)

If you go for shony mythical or secret you either need insane luck , time or 3 alt accounts
you need atleast 20 accounts to be able to enjoy end game cuz trading exist and if you don't do it then you're just left behind real quick
