If a applicant gets a three years Work permit. How can He submit a Ticket Reservation of three years? Return Airlines Tickets are valid at Maximum of 10 months.
Should the applicant Reserve both Tickets as oneway Tickets?
To be on safe side you have to include return after 6month but when you know you will not come back

You need to have atleast 3-4 lakhs in your account and you need to show the bank statement 3-6 months.

Depends upon the category of the new company. IT Consultancies can easily recruit foreign workforce even if they just register and start operations but yes, if a company does not even have a physical office then securing visa can be extremely challenging

original work permit and it's copy have to be submitted in VFS but do not submit your personal original documents, just submit there copies.
