I've just ordered the game today. What kind of sample teams do they have?

The game comes with the final 4 teams from the 2020-2021 season; Atlanta, Milwaukee, Phoenix and LA Clippers.

What's that symbol on the token marking the team's energy supposed to be?

It's supposed to look like a dry erase board that a coach would use to draw up a play. It has an X and an O with an arrow. Just a fun addition to the game, the normal tokens that come with the game are just orange chips
