দেখুন আমি মনে করি যেহেতু মা বাবা পরলোকে গমন করার পরে সন্তানরা এমনিতেই সম্পত্তির মালিক হবেন অতএব দানপত্র করার কোন মানেই হয় না।আর যদি করতে হয় তাহলে আপোষ বন্টন করা যেতে পারে।
যে প্রবীন নাগরিকের কোনো সম্পতি নেই তার দায়িত্ব নিতে তার সন্তানরা কি বাধ্য নয়।
ঠিক উপদেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। সবাই এ কাজ করতে পারে না ঠিকই তবু লিখে শর্ত রাখাই ভালো।
এই সন্তানদের নৈতিক মূল্যবোধ এবং মানবিকতার স্তর যে কোথায় নেমেছে, এই কথা ভেবে অবাক হচ্ছি। ছিঃ।
অনেক সময় দেখা যায় যে বিচারক মানবিক দিক দেখে রায় দেন । সেটা করলে হয়তো ভাল হতো।
এতো মেয়ে নয়,এরকম মেয়ের স্থান নরকে হবে না। এর নিজের ছেলেমেয়ে এর চেয়ে ও খারাপ হবে এবং এই মেয়ের তখন ঢনে সে তার মায়ের সাথে কি ব্যবহার করছিল! ধিক এই সব ছেলেমেয়েদের!
আইনগতভাবে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট ঠিক রায় দিয়েছে। কিন্তু মানবিক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে বেঠিক।

The Sen. Citiz. Act Sec. No. ... in which the gift deed comes should be amended by giving condition automatically to check the total property value of the gift giver. In case when the total. prop. value becomes zero, then the gift giver's monthly or, annual earning to be checked.
After such checking if gift giver's earning is also zero, then it seems that he/she will run out of money.
Our Supreme court has done its duty like a logic decider without the hidden lines in this Act of law.
In my opinion both of the lower Courts were to some extent right.
Finally the best decision of the Supreme court if "the gift takers should have to give calculated amount of money on monthly basis in equal proportion".
Love was behind the gifts. But the children are not sympathetic to their mother. This is the result of modern secular self-centred education. In this situation Court must think of the situation and make their children to take care of their mother till her death or guide Government to provide minimum requirements to her for rest of her life.
