W205 Rear Diff Service

2015 C300 Mercedes Benz W205 Rear Differential Fluid Change. I used Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-140. The fluid quantity is approximately 1 quart. The fluid being in a bag over being in a typical bottle made for a much easier job.

Approximately 1 quart capacity and Mercedes Benz recommends a service interval of 30,000 miles.

It always will unless it’s severely burned or a bearing or gear has failed. This oil had over 100,000 miles on it.

Why do people always say this? It's called preventive maintenance. It's like why exercise or go get an annual dental checkup? Simple logic.
