A bit of my process making a pov sketch of a very detailed space. Materials: Winsor & Newton Fineliner pens and Kuretake water brush filled with diluted Noodler’s Lexington Grey ink on Stillman & Birn Epsilon paper.

I don’t have a precise ratio, but it’s much, much more water than ink. I add a few drops of ink at time, test it, and then add more ink if it’s not dark enough (or water if it’s too dark, but that’s usually not the case).
hey, do you have any tips for getting values right? i often find it hard to get black objects to look black while balancing that with shadows and what to keep white

Are you drawing this scene from life and just imagining the vanishing points/'fisheye" perspective lines in your mind?
