Check Nut Bolts of Bridge Ends 2. If there is gearbox Check it may be gears problem may be loosing on bearings 3. Check supply too. 4. Inspect All nut bolt area definitely you will get some loosing.

Firstly, the vibration source can be seen by looking carefully at the wheel guide of the trolley on the bridge for checking the oval, unbalance and any un-smoothing in the moving can be fined. Secondly, all nut and bolts are sufficiently fixed, I think that two fixed columns of legs of the bridge have week profiles (Beam with the week cross-section) as per applied loads. Is it any Handbook that we can select the cross-section of the bridge parts to use? As you know many mechanical analyses shall be done for selecting the column cross-section like Static and Vibration analysis, Static and Dynamic Stability. This approach needs to analyze time-consuming. Maybe this Crane has the typical bridge with Beam by with specified sections
@@ehsanansari6044 Yes Weak profile of Columns is also a reason But this is to be kept in mind at the time of installation of Crane that our couloumns are sufficient to bear this much of load or not because these kind of installation take lot of investment and time . Many things to be kept in mind like Our Required load and coloumns should be minimum 150% more strong then required due to aging effect keeping in mind. Because after some years couloumns get weaken. In my factory too there is coloumn problem all are getting weak and having some of them cracks.

Multimeter se continuity to aayegi hi agar coil break nahi h to, even short circuit condition me b continuity show krega. Lekin resistance value kitni aani chahiye ye to coil par hi depend krta h Minimum in double digit ohms. Short Circuit hua to zero ohm or near to zero ohm. I hope I made u clear. Check Liner width is proper or not may be it got thinner by time or broken, replace by new one. Check supply of brake coil proper coming or not. Check gap between brake plate and coil plate, not more than 2mm. If there is dust in brake assembly then clean them may be proper magnet not creating. Check all Nut Bolts of brake assembly. Do above mentioned steps you will get resolved the issue.
