The JM Press is a huge tricep and lockout builder for the bench press. Gary Piotrowski takes your through the steps to become a master of this movement! Train to get strong AND look the part. LOOKSTRONGNAKED.CO
The 1st time ever a tutorial has gone right into exactly what I asked for...you didn't give me a 1/2 an hour of history on why I need to do it or who invented this exercise movement. Thank you so much.
Very good tutorial, short and to the point. I like to do these with chains added, it adds weight throughout the movement but not at the disadvantageous and strained position at the bottom.

Todd Hutchings says this is his go-to for post arm wrestling rehabilitation.
This popped up on feed and I hovered over it expecting a 12 minute anatomy lesson. More tutorials under 2min! Good shit.

"it's not an extension" key. this and rolling db tricep extensions are nice!
Cool vid
Perfect example of an actual JM press versus putting your on spin on the movement like I see so many other people doing.
You have to put your own little spin on things because not one person is the same as the next.
yes
Easily the best video breaking this movement down
thanks bro, nice video
Its amazing that a couple of guys who resided in Columbus Ohio have exercises named after them
on the floor is better you can push it from dead stop
or with ssb bar
the only cue that made me understand this exercise is "collaps the elbows down*
This is more of a skull crusher than a jm press
Dont be afraid to roll back the arms! This is a power move not a sculpting move
I'm a big fan of JM and wanted to love these but they really hurt my elbows, it was very upsetting
They bothered my elbows at first too, but I wear my Slingshot elbow sleeves now, and they don't bother me at all
just do them more like a press and you’ll be fine
The JM press is actually harder on the elbows then French press...
Not if you're warmed up and not jumping straight in to them as a 1st exercise
Jim said he created this movement to help his bad elbows..top arm wrestlers say they use the jm press for same reason..
Boop
So the JM press is essentially performing the Skullcrusher incorrectly
No... That's just imbecilic thinking
Half repper. Your biceps aren't 30" my dude 😂.
