That's not how the Saiyan race works. Them getting beat up does not make them stronger. That was only for zamasu. Never once has Goku, Vegeta or anyone else has gotten stronger after getting beat up. Their strength comes from training. Ask kid Gohan.
That’s exactly how it works it’s been stated in the manga numerous times by Vegeta. In Zamasu case goku had a fresh body with a lot of zenkais thst he could abuse which explains why while getting beaten down in the middle of battle he almost instantaneously becomes stronger
