The hatchback came with the hex grille. That was actually one of the major things I liked about the HB more than the sedan. The hex is super sharp and I wanna try to keep that theme when more hatchback parts come out. :O

@@717PROJECT beats me. I think is a really good design choice. I guess they wanted the hatch to look different from the sedan from the front as well? I mean, aside from the grille, they look nearly identical to me, so... Just speculation.

Thank you, Richie! Appreciate it 🙏 It's a tire shine we use at work from a company called Ardex. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of it and am unsure if the general public can purchase. It comes in a 55 gal drum. Best tire shine I've ever used.

I’m absolutely in love with this grill, i also have a blue civic gen11 but i kind of hate the one it comes with it, i don’t know why they don’t give customer the choice to choose the grill they like 😅
It's great! Looks much better than factory. I agree with you 💯. Lower grille is next. Keeping it stock but having it painted gloss black!

@@joege2366 no, not really. Depends on the buyer. Might effect a tiny bit on trade but not much. A grille, none at all.

The bottom grill looks like it could go gloss as well. The carbon fiber fenders could of stayed blue, just add a little carbon fiber to indentation area. All in all looks great 👍

@@boom_artillery7134 the only exhaust video I've done so far is a spelab cut out. I do have an intake video up. Will be doing another one in a few weeks. Prls HVI with a dyno test. Should be cool!
My big gripe with the 11th gen over the 10th, is all the cheap looking plastic (matte) as opposed to the piano gloss black on the 10th.
Example my 10th gen hatch had the door pillars in gloss and the grills etc, where on the 11th they are the matte.
Mayne just a personal preference.

The black emblem looks way better than that blue emblem
It's not bad. Although I think it gets lost within all the other black.
Very nice. I figured someone would come out with an Si/Hatchback style grille. It's nice that they included an emblem, too. Personally, if I got the Civic Hatchback I would have they front emblem painted gunmetal grey, or maybe Boost Blue Pearl if I got, that color. But I would probably remove the Civic and Sport emblems and get the blue or black JDM style front, rear steering wheel horn button emblems.
For the HR-V Sport, I woukd get all black emblems and a black aftermarket emblem for the horn button to match.
Too bad the don't have the slant nose Si/Hatchback top fascia/bumper piece. You better make sure the grille piece is installed good, because it might otherwise fall off when you blast your new horns. Lol. So do you say toot the horn, or horns, since it has two of them? 😆

i just want someone to design a grill where the grill itself comes up a bit higher and it will have a bit smaller ''eyebrow'' i think that will look so much better.
I just had a quick question. I have black Honda Civic sport and I was wondering if it is possible to change the lower grill from where air passes to radiator to make it gloss black, either change it or what we can do for that.

There is a Type R style lower grille. Bad part is it has a huge license plate bracket molded to it. Not a fan. Going to have my lower grille painted here in a couple weeks. Can't wait!

We are working on getting hatch mods. Remember, it came out almost a year later than the sedan.
