Many consider DOTE to be the strongest Heralds set and the strongest overall SF3 set. It’s hard to argue with that. The set comes loaded with a myriad of special abilities just at LEVEL 2, and then just gets better Fromm there, ultimately unlocking the ability to stop time.
Just how good is the fully upgraded DOTE set?

LEVEL 2 - Judge of the Whole Void

Situation Analysis
You gain 60% less shadow energy while dealing and taking damage.

Hyper Speed Dash
You make a Hyper Speed Dash towards your opponent, which deals 20% physical weapon damage on hit and ignores block.
The damage can be critical.
You can hold down the Dash button to charge it up and increase its distance. While you charge the Hyper Speed Dash, your opponent's subjective time is gradually slowed.
Cooldown: 8.66 sec

Available when you have 3 ranged weapon charges
Replaces Ranged Weapon
Portal Trap
When you have 3 ranged weapon charges, the ranged weapon button consumes all available charges and creates a Portal Trap on the ground in front of you that lasts for 5 sec. Once caught in the Trap, opponent will be immobilized for 4 sec and will take 6% pure damage once every 1 sec.

Replaces Dash
Paradox of Blades
In shadow form, your Dash turns into Paradox of Blades.
Paradox consumes all of your shadow energy, stops your opponent's subjective time, and deals 10%-40% physical weapon damage and 10%-40% shadow damage.
The more shadow energy Paradox absorbed, the lower the percentage of shadow damage and higher the percentage of physical damage, and vice versa;
the less shadow energy it absorbed, the higher the percentage of shadow damage and lower the percentage of physical damage.
Paradox's damage can be critical.
LEVEL 3 - Protected by the Infinity
While using Dash, all damage received is reduced by 50%.
LEVEL 4 - Mysteries of the Labyrinth

Destructive Dash
Dash's damage increases by 0%-100% depending on how long you hold down the button.

Destabilizing Trap
While your opponent is trapped in a Portal Trap, their defense is reduced by 20%.
LEVEL 5 - Shadow Intuition
Shadow energy accumulation rate +10%
LEVEL 6 - Faster than Time
After using Paradox of Blades, opponent's subjective time is stopped for an additional 5 sec of your subjective time.
When your opponent's time re-synchronizes with yours, the opponent takes all the damage you dealt to them while their time was stopped.
This damage will be increased by 40% and the opponent will be knocked down.
As long as your time and your opponent's time are not synchronized, you cannot accumulate shadow energy.

and i dont see the static amplifier on raid chest or perk list is the perk not avalible in marcus plane

I’d like to see Celestial Overseer get a set bonus. The Sanjiegun is one of my favorite weapons in the game. Plus this set already has an Aspect. It would cool to see it get a set bonus.

1 of Op set and my favourite herald set in game. the perk of this set and gameplay how to using effective You can see my gameplay in shadow dojo server
My helm perk for doe: shadow affinity and accumulation
armor perk and special move kick for doe: dynamo (increase 30% shadow energy gain)shadow remendy half life and catalyst(this perk can buff faster than time heavy attack in 5 second)
and weapon perk and special move for doe :kenjutsu(increase 20% shadow damage) time bomb impulse resonator and presicion(don't using static amplifier because this set will do more damage only by dash with presicion impulse resonator time bomb paradox blade with presicion impulse resonator time bomb and heavy attack in faster than time 5 second)
And final tip for dote in raid on magmarion lv6 round starting using dash long press with impulse resonator (in lv4 dote dash was crazy damage when your long pressing and if you lucky to activated time bomb the damage was more in 1 dash) and wait to using the trap and waiting for perfect timing to using paradox blade with activated impulse resonator and presicion if time was stop using only the heavy attack in 5 second after 5 second waiting to long press dash with impulse resonator and presicion to gain shadow energy and waiting for using paradox blade agian him if you using this step and lucky to activated time bomb this damage on this round would crazy😂😂

I did a part 1 video that just gave a glimpse. Also it wasn’t my set. I featured another players set that reached level 6 long before I did.

You could probably upgrade all sets for about $500. It cost me over $800 because there were a lot bugs and glitches when Nekki first launched all this. They’ve mostly been fixed so it should be less costly to do so now.
Also, not all sets are worthwhile fully upgrading. Focus on your favorite sets.

Well there’s I think 36 level 6 sets, so that’s the most I could do. However, not sets need a “deep dive”. Just the more complex sets. I’ll likely do another 10 deep dives. But, I’m working on an entirely new series, which I’m looking forward to releasing! Stay tuned!
