My friend and i always use this kind of music (in a low volume by using handsfree) when we doing a work on PC until our bos asking. So i tell him that i'm hearing a music of relief and more relaxing. I gave him a try as long as he's not getting mad. After a few days, he calling me into his office room and ask me where did i find this kind of music. I give all my mp3 to him and now we always heard a soft music sound from his room.

I have always been a MASSIVE supporter of nature and mother Earth, and seeing it all go to waste for the use of comfort and convenience of human makes me want to cry... or murder someone. Why can't people see that money isn't everything???? Open your eyes, people, to what we have!!!! Someday, it won't be there because of us!!! Just open your mind, and see the beauty of Earth's greatest treasures. We need it.

I'm just going 2 bed now but,em bu......... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..... shshshshshs, calming down and relaxing, the tip for this vid is to unwind on comfy thick cloth or in bed and pretend there is a black wall made of dust in your mind, just dust the wall and the gates to a beautiful refreshing and calm rainforest will open.. seeing all the green plants, flowers, waterfalls and hummingbirds, winding down, forget all your worries..

im in a forest with my eyes closed, water tricking down my back. i listen to the soothing sounds of birds chipping their lovely song. i mantain a constant breathing. i open my eyes to find im now swiming down a wide river. i watch fish circle in groups and fall down a sparkeling waterfall. finally i smile and pop up to the surface. Unfortunately, i wake up now, finding that is was all a dream and that the world isnt that lovely anymore.

I really appreciate the cascading water and flowing rivulets combined with the relaxing music. I have several of Ken's CDs but oh what a great pity the video is not in HD. If you have ever watched NatGeo HD videos on Foxtel (Australia) programs you would know what realism it brings to the screen! Almost like 3D in the depth it creates

That was pretty, thanks for makin this video. I don't know why, but I can immagine the river flowing over my head and it really feels like I'm there, it happends all the time. Yeah, a river can definatly be compared to an endless flow of emotions, but at the same time, it's very calming and makes your negative ones dissapear.

@Etrajbe I live in a small city next to Toronto and I am amazed by this landscape, honestly I have never had the chance to enjoy somewhere half as beautiful as this in my life... You should love that you have had opportunities to see such amazing landscapes as billions across the world have not.

I discovered by living alone in the wilds for 8 years that you can communicate with nature and get guidance from her. We are trying so hard to murder the beautiful. Fight with all you have to save the natural wilderness. It's more than just pretty.
This so "healped" me heal emotionally and to just let go and feel my feelings ...! I just relaxed and **let go** and panted like a dog and let my tears flow like the rivers in the video, until my face was wet and tingling....thank you.. namaste!!!

Is it sad that the only reason I found this video is because I was looking up nature videos to play for my birds while I'm gone? They love nature sounds with wild birds and rain forest noises are their favorites.
It's so hard to remain fixated on one thing whilst listening to this and I have to keep focused to maintain an upright position.... Once I start to relax..... 'floomp'. Head on the desk, faaaast...... Asleep....
