I kinda love how Kenny isn't really in the video, but you can feel his presence. From the silhouette in the beginning, to Butters struggling as the replacement friend, to the ninja star lodged in his eye.
Butters has stated that Kenny is the only boy who isn't "fake & stuck-up". So you can definitely understand how much more he struggles when his truest friend either hurts him or isn't there.
