1 - This 1/8th scale mini engine is a perfect replica of the Dongfeng S1100 stationary diesel engine, also known as D15, a 15 HP version, very popular and used in almost all rural areas of Asia, in rice irrigation, sugar cane, pasture grinder and as a propellant for electric generators, in places devoid of electricity.
2 - This is a product with a decorative purpose, it has an impeccable finish, with aesthetic details incredibly similar to a real engine.
3 - I do not recommend a prolonged use of more than 7 minutes, due to overheating of the engine, even designed with a small water reservoir for cooling the engine, it is not enough to keep the engine at a reliable operating temperature. 4 - Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 8 ml of gasoline in the fuel tank, as gasoline can be expelled through the fuel tank vent.

6 - The engine speed varies between 1500 rpm at idle, up to 8000 rpm.
7 - Another feature that caught my attention is how easy it is to start the engine, just turn the steering wheel for two or three turns, blocking the carburetor air intake, turn on the ignition key and overcome the compression and the engine will start . There will only be greater difficulty in initial starting if the engine is not running for more than 24 hours, which is totally tolerable for a carbureted engine.
