Warring Villages in Morobe Surrender

Five warring villages of Sialum in the Tewae-Siassi District, Morobe, surrendered last week to make way for developments and to welcome peace after years of conflict.
It was organised by a Peace and Good Order Committee and a volunteer group that consists of representatives from the 19 wards in Sialum LLG.
The peace ceremony was the second that happened this year.
