Surah Al-Hijr (The Stoneland)
Al-Ḥijr (ِArabic: الْحِجْر‎) is the 15th chapter (Surah) of the Quran consisting of 99 verses. The main theme of the Surah is divine guidance, and people's response. Allah's warns those who deny this message and as a reminder of these warnings, we have here the stories of Prophet Lot's people, Thamud and other groups.

عن أنس بن مالك:] جاء رجلٌ بدويٌّ إلى رسولِ اللهِ صلّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ فقال يا رسولَ اللهِ علِّمْني خيرًا قال: قل:(سبحان اللهِ، والحمدُ للهِ، ولا إله إلااللهُ، والله أكبرُ).. قال: وعقد بيده أربعًا؛ ثم رتَّب فقال: (سبحان اللهِ، والحمدُ لله، ولا إله إلا اللهُ، واللهُ أكبرُ)، ثم رجع، فلما أراه رسولُ اللهِ تبسَّم، وقال: تفكَّر البائسُ. فقال: يا رسولَ اللهِ ! (سبحان الله،والحمدُ لله، هذا كلُّه لله، فما لي؟ فقال رسولُ اللهِ: إذا قلتَ: (سبحان اللهِ)؛ قال اللهُ: صدقتَ. وإذا قلتَ: (الحمدُ لله)؛ قال اللهُ: صدقتَ. وإذا قلتَ: (لا إله إلااللهُ)؛ قال اللهُ: صدقتَ. وإذا قلتَ: (اللهُ أكبرُ)؛ قال اللهُ: صدقتَ. فتقول: (اللهمَّ اغفِرْ لي)، فيقول اللهُ: قد فعلتُ. فتقول:(اللهمَّ ارْحمْني)؛ فيقول اللهُ: قد فعلتُ. وتقول: (اللهمَّ ارْزُقْني)؛ فيقول اللهُ: قد فعلتُ. قال: فعقد الأعرابيُّ سبعًا في يدَيه.

Just curious, akhi. At 10:45, there’s an ayat, ayat 79, there is a waqf laazim (وقف لازم). I have been taught that if you don’t stop at waqf laazim, you get sin, so I’m just curious that maybe you have learnt differently. Masha Allah beautiful recitation 🔥
