@@ScottCrusher it’s a thing of beauty that’s for sure. I bumped into you three fellas at the Collectorcon in Penrith last November!….you boys looked busy with something at a vendors table so I didn’t bother you all.
Incredible! Someone who has actually been collecting longer than I have! April 2nd of this year will be my 28th year. I started April 2nd, 1994! 😃 And you have me wayyyy beat as I only have around 3000 figures. Awesome collection!
Well, I was manager of a couple different Comic Book stores in San Diego 1984 to 1999, before moving back to my home town and opening my own comic shop from 1999 to 2008. Because of this my kids wanted Super Heroes instead of Star Wars or Joe's. Even though the line had ended in 1992, the local Toy's R Us still had a large selection of Super Powers figures. Don't remember when, but it later became my hobby. My collection stayed in the 5.5 to 6.5. Today, I have 10 different Earth's. In a bizarre twist, I have twice as many DC Earth's; 6, and yet I have almost twice as many Marvel figures in 3 Earths. The 10th Earth is figures from the Past and Future. They range from Conan, approximately 10,000 BC to Kamandi, 31st Century.
I'm pretty sure I showed a bit of everything in Andrew's collection room, but with that said, his collection isn't limited to the collection room, he has tubs and shelves of items all over his house, so I would assume there would definitely be some Thundercats and Bravestarr in the mix somewhere! Thanks for watching :)
well looks like the rs is going to have to park on the street and the garage is turning into a toy room if u wanna step it up with the big bois 😅😂 such a great video mate keep up the awesome work!
Thank you! Unfortunately we didn't have KB Toys here in Australia, but from what I've heard it was a special place, so that's quite the complement to Andrew's collection room! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Incredible! I have seen a lot of people who dwarf my collection, somewhere between 2000 and 3000, I'm doing an inventory now, but I haven't seen anyone beat my years of collecting! I am at a little over 27 1/2 years at collecting; started April 2nd, 1994 with some Super Powers and even some Secret Wars that were still there. I didn't do Star Wars, Joe's, or He-Man. I mostly did Super Heroes or 5.5". I currently have 10 different Earth's, 6 DC, 3 Marvel, and an Earth of Past and Future figures. Weird that I have twice as many DC Earth's when I have twice as many Marvel figures. Most of the DC Earth's are small.
Thanks Edward! Wow, it sounds like you have a heck of a collection yourself! That's cool that you have noted the exact day you started collecting, so you will be celebrating your 30th anniversary before long.
It was easy to keep track of. It was my son's 4th birthday. LOL. Half of my family just barely missed Holidays! My son was April 2nd, my sister is June 5th, my grandson is October 25, I'm December 27th, my grandmother was November 26th so an occasional Thanksgiving.

Thanks mate! Those cabinets behind me are from a furniture retailer here in Australia called Fantastic Furniture, it's called the Gallery Cabinet. They're the same height as a detolf but double the width and work really well!
Wonderful figures in their playset scenes in each cabinet. Mine is a tiny home so I can only have a smaller portion of what this museum have for the action figures but I have plans for these action figures and other character groups and others to be housed in their miniature theme worlds. One of the most wonderful places for its size shown in this video.
