I wanted to tell you MandyLea that I enjoy your content very much. I enjoy your natural beauty and the fact you point out skin issues you have. I enjoy the fact you don’t have duck lips or face fillers and look like an inflated pillow. I enjoy listening to you and laughing with you about fake eyelashes. I even enjoy your recommendations because I’m over 60 and wear more sunscreen than I do makeup, but I love a natural makeup look that doesn’t empathize my texture, spots or lines. So thank you for doing a wonderful job with your videos and being who you are naturally. 🥰❤
I loved the natural clip of you without all of the beauty lights and filtering. It makes you even more relatable, because we all have discoloration, dark circles, sun spots, scars, you name it. Seeing the natural Mandy, and then the made up Mandy, it really helps me see what can be done. *edit* p.s. you are beautiful both ways! 🤩
Great tips, I want to say with your completed look, hair down, you do not look 43. You are absolutely stunning. This video was very helpful and informative. Thanks for sharing.✔️👍💯🍂🎃🍁🏵️🤎👻❗
Needed that reminder that no foundation is magic in a bottle. Love buying foundation out of all makeup products, and I'm almost always underwhelmed! Love your videos!!
Loved this video, especially the style. It is a perfect type of teaching video. I find these to be the most helpful - I hadn't thought before about my foundation matching my neck for a more cohesive look. I've just tried to get the foundation to match my face.
WOW! This is so helpful!!!! ...especially in terms of application approach... so many MUA / finflinfluencers tend to say to start the heaviest application in the center of the face and work outward.... it makes SO much more sense to start outside the center and work inward... I feel like I DO need a little more coverage around my nose and mouth... and yet that's where there is texture, so I can often get frustrated with the application there! I am excited to keep this in mind with my applications this week... and also remember that I tend to apply a little concealer around the nose anyway.
I love all your content but this is one of your best EVER! I’m older than you by a bit but I’ve I always been a HUGE makeup girlie….your content is helpful for young folks who like cosmetics and skin care but it’s also great for mature skin. Always very educational and inclusive without being fake or condescending…..❤
Thank you, Mandy for a great video! I'm 67 & am needing to make some changes in my foundation & tweak my application technique. Your video came at exactly the right time! So appreciate all the time & thought you've put into this video!
You are so beautiful and elegant, it's soothing to watch your content. Love the fact that you don't mess with botox or fillers. BTW, I also tweak my foundation too to make it a perfect match!
She is ONLY 43 years old! No one that age needs Botox or filler. Just my opinion. She might think differently when she’s in her late 60’s. Maybe not. 😊.
EmilyNoel just tried the “More is better” makeup TikTok trend for formal occasions. I tried it on my 50 yr old skin, it was horrendous to my under eye area, I couldn’t hang. I agree, less is better for most.
Ummmm if go a lil darker on ir game and ur face gets wet ur gonna c ur real color it happen to me so sometimes it's not a good thing especially if it rains or if you cry ur make up well run so just something to keep in mind
If you are green veined you’re warm. If you’re blue or purple veined, you’re cool. If both, you’re neutral. But if all else fails if something doesnt look right, or your makeup or clothes look unflattering, go with what does. That’s been my experience.
Fantastic video Mandy! Thank you so much. This is so helpful to me. I have the hardest time finding a decent shade match. I will be referring back to this a lot! 🩷

Hi Mandy! What brand/color nail polish are you wearing? Any top or base coat? Also, do you like its wearability? Thank you!
Aging skin? You don’t look like a person with aging skin! Yes, we are all aging. But, I’m 75! Would love to see an aging persons makeup demo. 😅
