Looks like Hood River Oregon. I used to fly paragliders off the Bingen Wa side years ago, lots of kite boarders then, looked like something Id really enjoy but was hooked on flying at the time. One of the most beautiful views in Oregon/Washington to view from a couple thousand feer up looking at Mt. Hood to the South, up and down the Columbia East & West. Thanks fir posting your video!

Monique Star can't wait to go to the farm up the road here, they have apple picking! There is another farm and they make the best cider, gonna get a couple gallons and freeze it!
I don't kite surf Bryce, but I'm big into swing dancing, and if you and Nells have any interest in doing that I would LOVE to take you guys dancing next time you're in Sacramento. There are plenty of professional swing dancers out here and it might make for a cool video...
