At present, this specific record is currently held by Patrick Stewart (22 years between the first X-MEN and MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS), which will be broken by Hugh Jackman (and any other actor that cameos).
If Loki pops up it wouldn't surprise me because a lot of what happens in this trailer happened in the locations set in the Disney+ Loki series with the TVA. If you haven't watched Loki that's another thing you should be doing.
