Thanks. Should have been done correctly at the factory.

@@mrhoptoit7835 Totally agree! While we aren’t changing a bubble window out like you, I gained some great insight for our future plans. Took screen shots of the product you used, mental notes, etc. We did have our first leak in the larger bubble window. The epoxy cracking makes perfect sense as to the hairline cracks we had in the corner that allowed rain to come in and slow drip on the bed. I’ve bandaid-ed it for now with clear silicone until the future idea… which brings me to a question I seen on yours. A little long winded, sorry… so our intention is to take the back big bubble window out in January, completely cover it with fiberglass or plexi… whatever when the idea comes complete. We hate that window baking is in the morning sun. I noticed your leak had a bit of mold… black stuff on the foam…. whatever it is from the water. I wonder if we shall see the same when we remove it. So the question is, did you address that water damage? Spray anything on it? Remove it? Anything? Or will it dry up on its own?
(AZ dweller here… so we do have intense sun-drying power most of the year)

That's OK. since you asked here, I will reply here. On the plus side, the black is an easy way to see where the leak is. I'm not sure if its actually mold or not, but I did spray it with a little Wet and Forget (anti mold and mildew product) that I buy at Lowes. I use the Indoor formulation. I guess I probably should have shown that. I also like to spray it into any areas that get damp, like the outside compartments. As far as your silicone patch for corner cracks - I've never had much luck with silicone lasting very long. There are three ways I have used to successfully patch those cracks, and cracks on the bubble itself.. I used a coating of Sikaflex 221 ( messy and covers the view, so only on the flange and base of the bubble) , Eternabond tape ( same issues, but pretty much permanent. Also VERY hard to remove) or Gorrilla Tape ( clear, durable and works way better than I ever expected). I may do future videos on these subjects. I hope this helps. Thanks for the great question.
