It's CRAZY for them to say he needed to call ahead to coordinate with security or he would be arrested? He can't always make that call if he out moving around! The Sgt was OUT OF POCKET and he was looking to make something happen. When the other cop said, "My sarge normally just starts grabbing peiople up..." tells you that he is the problem.
