So this video is actually kind of an effects test-- I just tested out Beamman-P's new Fluid2D effect, and by god is it the best water effect in existence. So glad there's finally a gorgeous effect like this out! It did kill my PC though, so beware...

He was also shown in an official art piece for the 1.1 update where it includes Mona, Fischl, Paimon, the male traveller and of course Scaramouche in the background. (Mainly pointed this out if you thought his only appearance was several seconds as well as minutes during the Fischl event)
