I'm not going to argue with any UGA fans... Georgia beat us last year and I accepted it. I can't wait until we play again this year... for some reason, I feel we fair better this year... it should be a good one! Go Gators!
The game is always played in Jacksonville, FL. The University of Florida is in Gainesville, 76 miles away. It's supposed to be a neutral site, even though it's much closer to UF than UGA

Your right kinda.... Florida from 1935 to right now has a winning record over Georgia, but Georgia holds the series from what they did from 1915 to 1934.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Alabama it claims 14 but before the 80s they were only claiming 6 of its 11 National titles at the time and the director decided to add there other 5 making it 11. Than winning it again in 1992, and again in 2009 and 2011.

I know that. They didnt have a championship game until the 98 season. thats why there are a number of shared titles until then. Michigan, Nebraska 97. Miami, Washington 91. and more. If u wanted a championship u had to not lose and hope everyone else did. I hate Ohio State more than any team, but they are the 1942 champs. there is only one winner, I dont count shared titles. They are still tryin to fix college football, they needed a playoff for along time.
Maybe you need a little lesson on the history of college football. Before the BCS, champions were chosen by polls, and not all the polls agreed. Consensus national champions meant that a certain number of polls chose a certain school, and there were many years when there were more than one consensus national champion. The AP picked Ohio State in 1942 along with 4 other polls that were considered for national champs. EIGHT polls picked UGA as champs. Do the Math, 8 to 5.

Um, Muschamp was on the hot seat when he lost to Georgia for a third straight time last year. If he loses again this year, he's finished unless that's literally the only game Florida loses. And with road trips to FSU and Alabama, I doubt that'll be the case.

Know your history. Bulldogs have two consensus national championships, 1942 (where we beat the Gay-Turds 75-0) and 1980, and one undefeated season where we were robbed by the presses in 1945. The reason everyone recognizes the Ohio State championship is because ESPN is owned by ABC. ABC has a television contract with the Big 10 conference. So, whenever this year is referenced by ESPN, they say that Ohio State was consensus champion, but fail to mention UGA. Boom.

Yes and since 1991 Ga. has beaten Florida 4x, you have less than nothing to be proud of.
