It's shattering to learn of a cheating spouse. There are so many questions in your head. She may yet realize that her husband is not worthy of her loyalty and love, but these first few moments are heartbreaking, her world is crumbling around her. My ex-husband fathered my neighbor's baby, so I know what I am talking about. The first 24 hours I operated in total shock, then HE learned what that felt like.
We need a follow up on this? Do you know how things went for her after this?

Why don’t you all do what other stations do and called a husband or a boyfriend while the wife is on the phone with you all and ask him to send the roses and get the note so you can have her confront him on the show
It's actually illegal to do it that way - you're not allowed to put someone on the radio without their knowledge. :)
@@thebertshow Glad to hear it! I love your show and even when you guys talk about cheating, backstabbing, etc. it maintains a class to it. Wouldn't want your show to become the equivalent of a radio- Maury show. Best wishes
Not to justify his actions, but just trying to explain what may have happened. Once he returned to the office he realized how much they missed talking and seeing this co-worker
But then that means his wife is not meeting his emotional or mental needs.
Okay back the f****** either way emotional physical mental financial needs not being met is a discussion that needs to be had between the partners.
I have been literally saying this for about 3 years now if you can't tell someone what's wrong or have a discussion about an issue between the two people do not continue the relationship.
Then he needs to leave, not cheat. End of story.
Then you COMMUNICATE that with your partner. If you cheat you are garbage.

You should never confront a cheater showing anger, frustration and upset because it’s meaningless; It’s only an ego stroke for them. Cheaters don’t care what you think, how you feel or how it affects you, that’s why they don’t consult with you before starting something with someone else. Cheaters pretend remorseful when their caught, some will provide an Oscar worthy performance. Ending a relationship with a cheater is the most unselfish thing you could ever do for someone else. It allows them to opportunity to have a clear conscience, get with others guilt free without all the misleading and sneaking around. Forgiveness does not mean you have to stay. It’s important to understand this in order to move on.*
