In my experience, people who are able to maintain slim figures like this have very good eating habits that allow them to not overeat (unlike me :v). Things like chewing a lot, eating slowly, eating only until they don't fill hungry, eating healthy, eating at proper times. versus people like me, that basically swallows food, devours food like they are starving, eating only their belly button comes off, etc...

Lol, back in the early 2000's I was shocked at how dedicated Korean girls were to wearing heels. On the hike up to NamSan Tower nearly half the girls were walking up the mountain in skirts and heels (in the middle of the monsoon season no less).

It's a problem when people think tall/skinny people are anorexic/unhealthy. That's not true, most of the time. They were born with a body like that. Maintain the same weight, regardless of how much (or little) they eat. Especially Asians. Tend to have smaller/slender body, thinner bones, slimmer overall body. So being 180cm/45kg BMI: 13.89 is perfectly normal for them. Like the girl in this video, if she didn't tell you her weight, most people would think she looks normal/healthy (normal for someone who is 180cm tall).

Probably because women's basketball and women's volleyball are common, so it is often you will see a tall woman in-person specially if your school is good at sports. It's crazy how tall she looks despite being just as tall as the slightly taller girls in high school (live close to netherlands). She wouldn't even stick out a bit here
It's a problem when people think tall/skinny people are anorexic/unhealthy. That's not true, most of the time. They were born with a body like that. Maintain the same weight, regardless of how much (or little) they eat. Especially Asians. Tend to have smaller/slender body, thinner bones, slimmer overall body. So being 180cm/45kg BMI: 13.89 is perfectly normal for them. Like the girl in this video, if she didn't tell you her weight, most people would think she looks normal/healthy (normal for someone who is 180cm tall).

Yeah, 5'10 in the US is pretty normal. I run into tall women all the time. For 15 she is very level headed. Get those dreams.
Nothing normal about it. It's pretty exceptional. Even American men's average height is not 5'10"
@@Blaze72sH It is not the norm, but it is not super rare. It is not super common either, but it is common enough where people are not gasping every time you walk. Probably because women's basketball and women's volleyball are common, so it is often you will see a tall woman in-person specially if your school is good at sports. Also, modeling is also common in the States, so I would see tall woman at the beach or at the mall promoting a brand or getting scouted.
@@vivd8187 America and South Korean women have the same average height. Which is 163cm. America might have more tall women in number compared to SK but that's due to the difference in population.
